Andrew Tedder Joins the EVNY Team.
One never knows where life might take you as Andrew Tedder, our new member of the team well knows.
Andrew spent his early decades in the world of retail, managing the New York City based ABC Home & Carpet before traveling Europe and the Middle East as retail director for Lucky Brand Jeans. These stellar experiences gave Andrew a keen understanding of essential business principles clearly proven in his next successful ventures.
Anyone who has ever frequented the Prospector Theater in Ridgefield, Connecticut will tell you that not only is this a beautiful place to view the latest movie but in so doing fulfills its mission of employing adults with developmental and physical disabilities to a spectacular degree. As their first employee, Andrew took the concept from the first…literally without walls…stage to center stage; home to four immaculate theaters now providing gainful employment as well as an extensive mission of training and community integration.
Andrew next joined “Good Reasons” in North Salem, as National Sales Manager. With the clever moniker “unleashing pawtential” Good Reasons is a dog treat company on a mission, providing employment for people with autism and other disabilities in an integrated work environment.
Andrew joined EVNY in March and will be developing and managing the newly established EVNY Laundry business and the Office Solutions enterprise, both of which will operate out of our new headquarters at 350 Lexington Avenue in Mt. Kisco.
We are thrilled to welcome Andrew who has joined Elizabeth Oliveto who has taken the EVNY Gifts business to spectacular new heights. Liz has not only made possible the seamless opening of our new site in September but has expanded EV Gifts from seasonally presented candles to include bracelets that are themed as well. Through Liz’s enthusiastic creativity both can be designed to commemorate weddings, showers, bar mitzvahs and corporate and other family events.
Liz is also directing our newly launched Vocational Training program designed to teach skills to prepare soon to be graduating students for employment in the adult world.
Together Liz and Andrew make a truly extraordinary team!
