Andrew joined EVNY with vast experience in the community as National Sales Manager at Good Reasons and played a seminal role at the extraordinary Prospector Theater in Ridgefield, CT. Both organizations are on the cutting edge of providing employment opportunities for adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
Andrew spent the past two decades in the world of retail, leading at companies including New York City’s iconic ABC Carpet & Home and based in the Netherlands as Retail Director for Europe and the Middle East for Lucky Brand.

Noelle Cordero currently serves in the vital role of Floor Supervisor where she manages the on site work of our employees, with a strong focus on EV Gift design, sales, & production.
Noelle comes to EVNY with twenty years experience working with the physically and developmentally challenged population. She began as a special education certified assistant teacher at a therapeutic program for young children. She next became a direct support professional and a certified job coach, managing these responsibilities while heading up the Dutchess County area Pathways to Employment program.

Tom Hynes is the newly-minted manager of EV Laundry, joining us in September of 2019. Tom comes to EVNY after a distinguished 30-year career on Wall Street & as a parent of a special needs son. His business acumen & depth of commitment to our mission of providing meaningful employment for adults with autism & other disabilities will drive his focus on growing our laundry business customer base & employee roster, as well as fostering those employees to proudly provide the best possible laundry service in our area.
